Relaxed Morning: Herbert Smith Freehills Kramer Portrait Award @ NPG, London
Relaxed Mornings:
Herbert Smith Freehills Kramer Portrait Award 2026

Our Relaxed Mornings have been designed for children with SEND and their families and carers, as well as individuals of any age with sensory differences or disabilities.
Relaxed Mornings provide an informal, friendly and safe environment where visitors can explore exhibitions at their own pace, in their own way, without feeling overwhelmed by the crowds or worried about disturbing others.
We aim to ensure reduced visitor numbers during our Relaxed Mornings and minimise audio-visual and other sensory elements inside the Gallery. Visitors can also enjoy artist‑led sensory experiences and access a variety of calming and creative tools within the exhibition.
A Visual Story will be sent to visitors in advance of their visit to help prepare for the experience of visiting the Herbert Smith Freehills Kramer Portrait Award 2026.
