Enjoy Orchids with reduced crowds in our quiet sessions for our disabled and neurodiverse visitors.
We are closing the Princess of Wales Conservatory to the public to allow visitors with special educational needs, disabilities like Autism Spectrum Condition, conditions like dementia, and/or sensory processing needs to have a more comfortable visit.
During the quiet sessions, we will be permitting fewer people than our usual time slots and ensuring easy access to avoid potentially stressful queues.
This year we celebrate Peru, one of the most biodiverse countries on Earth, with its landscapes ranging from beaches and deserts to mountains, valleys and rainforests.
Mobility scooters are not permitted in the Princess of Wales Conservatory, but we can provide wheelchairs for visitors to use on arrival.
Please note that not all of the glasshouse is wheelchair accessible, but all locations pertaining to the orchids festival are.
