Inspired by the V&A collection\, this relaxed session encourages creativity and collaboration. \n\nThis session has been created by Alice Burnhope\, an award-winning textile artist who creates spaces for families to connect through making\, play and shared experiences. \n\nThis is an activity for families where either a child or the parent/ carer/ guardian is neurodivergent or has a sensory processing disorder. This is a free\, drop-in event for families to enjoy all together; no child can be left unattended. Suitable for ages 5+. \nAll activities are optional\, and you can visit at any point during the event timings\, between 11am – 4pm. However\, please book your tickets to give us an idea if you’re likely to visit us earlier 11am-1:30pm\, or later in the day 1:30-4pm. \n\nIf you need a break\, there will be a breakout space available through the day\, with one within the event space and the other nearby. This space will have: a blackout tent\, cushions\, sensory toys\, and ear defenders. \n\nAll materials will be provided\, no previous creative experience is necessary. Siblings\, family members\, and carers of all ages are all welcome (please book a space for each person attending). \n\nThe Museum is accessible and step-free.
