We welcome anyone who identifies as Neurodivergent\, Learning-Disabled or Disabled. This includes ADHD\, Autism\, OCD\, Tourette’s Syndrome\, Dementia and all other sensory processing difficulties. \nFind out more about this magical and festive event on our Winter Palace page. \nThis Relaxed Event runs from 12:00 – 19:00 and is split into two time slots: \n\n12:00 – 15:30\n15:30 – 19:00\n\n  \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nEvent information\nCrowd levels will be kept to a minimum for this event. Ticket capacity is much lower than standard days and only ticket holders will be permitted entry during event time slots. \nWhere possible\, we will adjust lighting and sound levels of The Winter Palace. Please note that this offer is immersive and sensory by nature and so it is not possible for us to alter this so suit individual needs. Please expect coloured lighting\, projections and friendly character actors. Actors will have disability awareness training ahead of the event and will be aware of the audience attending and how to interact under those considerations. \nWe will not be asking for proof of disability or supporting documents for this event. \nVisitors with limited mobility\nHampton Court Palace is a historic building with difficult stairs and passageway. Access guides will be available online and onsite specific to the Winter Palace offer. \nResources\nA visual story will be emailed to you two weeks before the event takes place.
