Our staff are available to support you if you would like any further information.\nContent warnings\nThe exhibition contains images and language that some viewers may find offensive\, including swear words\, sexually explicit and violent language.\nEvent information\nAdvance booking is essential and you’re asked to choose a time slot when you book. However\, for this event your ticket allows you to arrive\, leave and re-enter at any time throughout the Relaxed Hours event. \nThere is a preparation story available for visitors who may benefit from preparing for the exhibition. Enjoy the Library free from the hustle and bustle of the general public. \nAt this special early opening\, you’ll get the opportunity to visit our Secret Maps exhibition and take part in a workshop in our Learning Centre with Artist Hazel East. \nA dedicated sensory room will also be available for children needing a quieter and calmer space. \nThis event is free and suitable for parents and carers with children aged 5 – 15 years and their siblings. \nAll visitors to this special early opening will receive a visual story in advance to provide an idea of what to expect on arrival.
