Relaxed Early Morning Event, Exploring Mesopotamia @ British Museum, London

This event is designed to be more accessible for families including children and adults who are autistic, learning disabled, or have mental health conditions.

Selected parts of the Museum (Rooms 4, 6–10 and 53–59) will open at 8am until 10am for two hours, before the Museum opens to the public.

Visitors can explore the galleries and take part in sensory-based activities including object-handling and arts and crafts.

We will be joined by Stuart Milburn, an artist from the national arts charity Outside In, who will help you to create your own cuneiform tablets using clay.
